I’ve heard some great news recently, and I’m very excited to share them with you. Of course, maybe you won’t be sooooo enthusiastic as I am, but the announcement of David Lynch and Mark Frost from last week, almost made me jump through the ceiling.
Twin Peaks, the groundbreaking television series, will be back as a 9-episode limited run on Showtime in 2016, 25 years after its first run ended on ABC.
In a press release, Lynch and Frost are quoted as saying, “The mysterious and special world of Twin Peaks is pulling us back. We’re very excited. May the forest be with you.” #damngoodcoffee

And it was! Because I discovered this secret place in Baneasa forest, that looks like a corner from the dark town of Twin Peaks. And suddenly I remembered this famous scene with the Audrey’s dance.Oh, Audrey! I loved you, you know?
And then, I remembered all the BRILLIANT things that the Log Lady said then:
“There are clues everywhere.All around us. But the puzzle maker is clever. The clues, although surrounding us, are somehow mistaken for something else. And the something else, the wrong interpretation of the clues, we call our world”.
“And now, an ending.
Where there was once one, there are now two, Or where there always two?
What is a reflection? A chance to see two? When there are chances for reflections, there can always be two or more.
Only when we are everywhere, will there be just one.
It has been a pleasure speeking to you”.

Am auzit o veste mare, recent, și sunt foarte încântat să o împărtășesc cu voi. Desigur, poate că nu ve-ti fi la fel de entuziasti cum sunt eu, dar anuntul facut de David Lynch și Mark Frost săptămâna trecută, aproape m-a făcut să sar prin tavan.
Twin Peaks, revolutionarul serial de televiziune, va reveni, ca o serie limitata de 9 episoade, pe Showtime, în 2016, la 25 ani de la difuzarea ultimului episod din prima sa serie, pe ABC.
Într-un comunicat de presă, Lynch și Frost sunt citati ca spunând, “lumea misterioasa si speciala a Twin Peaks ne trage înapoi. Suntem foarte incantati. Fie ca pădurea să fie cu voi.”

Și a fost! Pentru că am descoperit acest loc secret din padurea Baneasa, care arată ca un colț de oraș întunecat din Twin Peaks. Și dintr-o dată mi-am amintit această scenă celebra cu dansul frumoasei Audrey dance. Oh, Audrey! Te-am iubit, știai?
Iar apoi mi-am amintit toate lucrurile misterioase spuse de Doamna cu Butucul:
“Există indicii peste tot in jurul nostru. Dar fauritorul acestui puzzle este inteligent. Indiciile, deși ne înconjoară, sunt într-un fel confundate cu altceva. Iar acel altceva, interpretarea greșită a indiciilor, noi o numim lumea noastră”.
“Și acum, un final.
Unde a fost odata unul, acum sunt doi. Sau au fost intotdeauna doi?
Ce este o reflecție? O șansă de a-i vedea pe cei doi? Când există șanse pentru reflecții, nu pot fi decat doua sau mai multe..
Numaiatunci când vom fi peste tot, acolovom fi doarunul.
A fost o plăcere sa vorbesc cu voi”.
