The Velvet Collection For Gentlemen Only

HellO, WOrld!

The best thing about me is exactly this: I am me! OK, I hope you understand that is a joke. Actually, the best thing since I started the amazing adventure of The Stories of O. project is the fact that I meet everyday some amazing people. Yes, I’m talking about you, my friends. I’m very grateful that you are always here, by my side, when Im trying to build a brand, to create new collections for you, together with the most talented designers.

Now I’m working at 3 new collections in the same time, so my life it’s quite a mess (my personal life, of course, because I don’t have time for anything. Not even to go for a movie at cinema). Buuut, I’m sure you will love what I’m going to show you very soon! But till then, I have a first surprise for you. My new bowtie collection created together with Madalina Spirleanu. Because I’m sure that this season will be amazingly glamorous, I chosed velvet for the most exquisite accesory of a gentleman: the bowtie. You will find it in black velvet, blumarine, indigo & burgundy, like the one I’m wearing in this pictures.

And now, some advices for my gentlemen friends, from my favorite guide of style: “A gentleman gets dressed up”, by John Bridges and Ryan Curtis:

“A gentleman knows that looking good is not just about the grand gesture – the purchase of a trendy designer suit or a pair of obviously Italian-made lace-ups. He knows that, ultimately, being well dressed is about the details – the way he buttons his simple, navy blue suit jacket or the way he makes sure his penny loafers are always neatly shined.”

“A gentleman knows that the latest style often is not the greatest style. In may, in fact, have no style at all.”

“A gentleman never wears a necktie that precisely matches his pocket-handkerchief.”

“A gentleman brushes his teeth before putting on his tie – even if it is a bow tie.”

“When a gentleman is complimented on his appearance, he accepts the compliment with good grace, saying, “Thank you. It’s kind of you to say that.”
